BASF complies with the laws and respects the good business practices of the countries in which we operate. In Germany, for example, co-determination applies. In addition, we commit ourselves to internationally recognized labor and social standards (i.e. ILO core labor standars and OECD guidelines for multinational companies), which guarantee a constructive cooperation with employee representatives. Therefore we have developed global monitoring tools.
